Light jerks



Strength: jerk... worked up to 95# (I think, no heavier)
4 rounds of 8 DB single arm snatch (35#) / 16 slam balls (20#) / 16 slam ball sit ups (10#)

Situps with the heavier slam ball caused some discomfort with the stretching in the belly so grabbed a lighter weight.
